Hi there my name is Ben, I graduated from SUNY Oswego in December 2010, and I am actively seeking work in print/web/illustration. I’ll do it all, and why do I do it all? Because I enjoy it.

Illustration
The illustrating that I have done over the last couple of years has led me to my own personal style, which is a mix of traditional and contemporary components. I enjoy working with people and scenes to create a narrative that generates interest in the scene, or continues in your mind through your interpretation and imagination.
I believe in a clear, clean cut, and organized approach to print design. I work to create layouts that are easily read with a strong hierarchy. Influences include the International style, Helvetica (the film), and good contemporary design.
Web
Web design for me is all about the users interaction, to create a successful website users must have something to draw their eye in, and be able to navigate information quickly and efficiently. I have been working with HTML, CSS, some JQUERY and PHP, I have also created a few websites with Word Press themes.
